Appointment Policy
Walk-in clients are welcome and we will make every attempt to work you into our schedule, however scheduled Doctor or Licensed Technician appointments are preferred !!!
Emergency cases shall always receive top triage priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.
We do offer a "drop-off/work-in * " option when our appointment schedules are full or you have a condition that needs to be reviewed by our treatment staff. You leave your pet with us and fill out contact & information forms then we will call you after we work your pet into our treatment staff schedule and you pick up your pet before the close of business. *There is a minimal drop off fee charged for this service to help cover staff time and cage space.
Doctors may charge for Broken appointments.

So, for nominal fees we will be happy to vaccinate your pets, perform necessary procedures or handle any incident you deem a medical emergency. Your Special Pets are treated by our caring and competent staff and you (our client) may feel more comfortable with the knowledge and confidence of your pets' permanent medical information is at our fingertips in our records system.
Urgent care is available 24/7 at our facility... please call ahead when possible to alert our staff of your pets condition.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.
We participate in CARE CREDIT.

Patient Arrival Policy
We will always make every effort to see you and your pets promptly !!! We appreciate your patience in understanding that we are a full service hospital and conditions may occur that cause a delay in our routine appointment schedules.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Birds, Reptiles & Exotics should be caged for their protection and as a courtesy to other patients!
Horses and other large animals should remain in the trailer or vehicle and await information from the doctor or treatment staff.

We are a Smoke free and Drug free Zone... Please abide by all local laws and provisions to comply with the law.
