In Case of an Emergency ..................

In the event of an emergency during our normal office hours please call ahead, if possible.... so that we may alert the staff and have your pet's medical records available and then safely proceed directly to our practice. 

In case of Inclement Weather closings or emergencies  we do intend to remain open.     Staff will remain at the facility to care for all pets.  Alerts will be posted to our website and telephone system as possible.

IF BRVA URGENT CARE IS NOT OPEN....   For after hour emergencies  on occasions when our office is not open,  we advise that you contact one of the pet emergency center shown below...and choose what facility best suits your urgent needs. We will makeevdry effort to remain opn in bad weather situations.... we suggest that you call our facilty if there is a concern, so that we may prepare for your visit.
