Dr. Brittany Jones grew up in Loudoun County, but also spent some of her childhood abroad. She knew from an early age that her desire was to work with animals. As a result, she worked for many years as a technician, coming to Blue Ridge Vets in 2009. Dr. Jones received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 and returned to Blue Ridge to work.

Her professional interests include managing internal medicine cases and soft tissue surgery. She has a passion for educating her clients, which empowers them to make the best decisions for their pets. Dr. Jones also sees exotic animals (small mammals, birds, and reptiles), having mentored under Drs. Campbell, Behm, and Nishizawa. Finally, she spends some time investing in the veterinary field itself, including participating in the mentor program at VMCVM. Outside of work, Dr. Jones is an avid reader, enjoys hiking with her dogs, and spends time with her family.
